Jerod Bolohan President | Owner
Jerod Bolohan is a licensed general contractor with over 20 years experience in the field of residential remodels and renovations. We specialize in full service renovations for bathroom remodels, as well as whole home residential renovations and remodels. As a general contractor I have a specialized crew and sub-contractors to perform all or portions of the construction work for all you’re project needs.
Jordan Bolohan Forman | Carpenter
Jordan has over 15 years of experience of construction site management with preparing construction sites, materials and tools. Managing and ordering of materials, loading, unloading of equipment needed to assist our team and other sub-contractors e.g. electricians, cabinetry, patching, painting, framing and plumbing. Assembling and breaking down of barricades, temporary structures, scaffolding and assisting with the transportation of heavy machinery and other equipment that needs to be delivered to the job site. Skilled with power tools, saws, drills, heavy machinery and more.
Dan Bolohan | Project Manager and Sales
Dan has over 40+ years of experience in construction and sales. Overseeing projects and preparing the job site for the whole team so the project is seamless from start to finish.
Coordinating and developing a schedule for each new project and setting requirements with the project manager in order to reach the clients goals. Building a solid customer base is one of our goals and Dan has done just that with his experience and being able to establish quality relationships with other contractors and venders. Providing strong leadership to achieve profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
Kevin Smith | Sub-Contractor
Kevin is a sub-contractor we use with over 25 years of experience in electrical engineering, HVAC, and plumbing qualifications. Kevin has worked with OC Showers for over 12 years and we are very proud to have his expertise, skill level and experience on our projects.
Kevin is a skilled across multiple aspects of construction including renovation, remodels, overseeing projects, training, and scheduling personnel while able to interface with clients, project managers, and team members are what creates a professional experience for our clients.
Luciano | Tile & Stone
Born in Naples, Italy, Lou comes from a long line of tile craftsman and family heritage in the tile and stone industry. Creative and extremely skilled in ceramic tile, porcine, stone and smooth surface materials who can visualize the end result before starting the installation project.
We are able to work together and inspect the area that will be tiled to help our customers select the best materials to achieve their desired results for the project. Having an artistic eye and a strong work ethic to get the job done right is why we trust Lou with the installation process and help to satisfy all our customers.
Ray | Cultured Marble
Ray Angel is the top manufacturer, creator and fabricator for cultured marble in Orange County. Ray has been making our cultured marble products for over 35 years and is one of if not the only businesses in the OC that creates custom shower panels, shower walls, sink top vanities and other products for our customers. Cultured marble is a man-made material usually composed of a combination of alumina trihydrate, acrylic, epoxy or polyester resins and pigments. It is most frequently used for seamless countertops; shower walls and shower pan installations.
Luis Martinez | Custom Cabinetry
Luis Martinez is a 3rd generation cabinet builder and has been offering our clients the ability to truly customize their home with top quality custom cabinetry. Luis and his two brothers Jose and Julio own a custom shop in Chino CA and because all the cabinetry is made here locally it allows us to provide the best service and products with trusted warranties to our clients.

Janelle Kisow is a designer and color consultant that will take the guesswork out choosing a paint color for your home. Jenelle helps to inspire, select, build material and color boards for you to choose the perfect materials, accent features and paint color for your taste and style to coordinate with the current elements of your home.
